Elevating employee engagement in long-term post-acute care is critical for managing employee turnover, maintaining resident caregiver relationships, and achieving superior outcomes. MatrixCare works with a wide array of industry experts to gain valuable insight we incorporate into our solutions. We also look to share information that can help our long-term care providers in various aspects of their business in an interesting and convenient way. Read on to find out about our upcoming teleforum that hits on a challenge that many long-term care providers face.

In partnership with Conduit Coaching, MatrixCare invites you to join Patrick Hart, VP of Senior Living Solutions at MatrixCare and Senior Care Leadership expert, Mary Ellen Sanajko of Conduit Coaching, for a 60-minute, complimentary thought-leadership teleforum.

When? Wednesday, July 18th @ 12 pm ET/9 am PT

Does it seem like your staff is unmotivated and disengaged? You’re not alone. Less than one-third of Americans are engaged in their daily work. This statistic has remained consistent since 2000, when Gallup first began measuring and reporting on U.S. workplace engagement.

In long-term post-acute care, you know it’s especially important to create an environment that encourages staff engagement and commitment. But, it may seem like you have don’t have the time, energy, or even the know-how to enable this creation.

During this 60-minute MatrixCare/Conduit Coaching teleforum we’ll discuss the following, as well as answer attendees’ questions:

  • Why is employee engagement essential for the bottom line in long-term post-acute Care?
  • What are the 3 leadership fundamentals to elevate employee engagement on the front lines and beyond?
  • Who is the most ‘at risk’ for disengagement and how can you bring them back into focus?
