She was responsible for community operations, program development, strategic planning, market analysis, budget development, financial performance, occupancy performance, risk and litigation management, regulatory compliance, team building, quality care, succession planning, and operational policy development and implementation. She has held Senior Management positions at various senior living companies both public and private. She is a RN and is board certified as both a Gerontological Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant.
