Join Our Complimentary Teleforum: Recruitment & Retention in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care

Solving the Mystery of Attracting and Keeping Great Staff…

In partnership, MatrixCare and Conduit Coaching invite you to join Bonnie Schultz, Director of Human Resources Operations at MatrixCare and Senior Care Leadership expert, Mary Ellen Sanajko of Conduit Coaching, for a 60-minute, complimentary thought-leadership teleforum.

People are at the core of Long-Term and Post-Acute Care whether you’re in Independent Living, Assisted Living, or Skilled Nursing. You can have a pretty new building, but if you don’t have great staff, it shows up in your quality outcomes, your census, and lack of referrals.

So how do you attract and keep great staff and leaders?

During this 60-minute MatrixCare/Conduit Coaching teleforum we’ll discuss the points below plus field your specific questions:

  • How much of a problem is recruitment & retention in Long-Term and Post-Acute Care? And why is it happening?
  • What can organizations do to attract the best people? And how can leaders help new hires succeed in their first 90 days?
  • What are the 3 crucial cornerstones to holding onto great people once you hire them so that they’re engaged, happy, and they stay?

Don’t miss this informative session September 19th at 12:00 PM EDT. Register now! http://www.conduitcoaching.com/long-term-care/academy/ltcteleforumregsept192018/

“I thought the MatrixCare/Conduit Coaching teleforum was great. It was very informative and one of the better training events I’ve attended.

It flowed well, there weren’t any lags, and Mary Ellen was very on-task – she answered questions directly and kept us focused on the topic.

I liked that it was interactive – it wasn’t a talking head for 45-minutes with a Q&A at the end. I thought it was well-presented with good information.”

Todd M. Weitzel Administrative Assistant, Organization Development & Training Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania

“In one year we’ve gone from paper to paperless. I’ve been the person tasked with making it happen and it’s been a struggle. I dove in on the technical side and built a 1-year plan that we followed.

The teleforum on Leading the People side of Change was well worth my time. It made me realize – maybe the issue isn’t with others, but with me. That was a big take-away.

And the teleforum helped me get clear on how I need to change so the change will stick, and it’s less of a struggle for everybody.”
