Teresa Allmond specializes in operations & risk management, and geriatric nurse consulting based on over 20 years of experience operating senior care communities. Her experience includes developing and managing skilled care, hospital based transitional care, independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. Ms. Allmond has direct multi-site experience in managing approximately 100 communities throughout the United States during her career.
Prior to offering consulting services, she most recently served as the President of a senior living company that developed and managed independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities. She was responsible for community operations, program development, strategic planning, market analysis, budget development, financial performance, occupancy performance, risk and litigation management, regulatory compliance, team building, quality care, succession planning, and operational policy development and implementation. She has held Senior Management positions at various senior living companies both public and private. She is a RN and is board certified as both a Gerontological Nurse and Legal Nurse Consultant.
