The system is non-intrusive and comfortable for patients, ensuring high compliance and continuous monitoring for early warning of patient deterioration or complications. The Matrix integration eliminates the duplication of effort in updating basic patient details between Matrix and Dozee. It also allows basic vitals capture to become automated a seamless into Matrix from Dozee.

Consent to Share Data, including Patient Information between MatrixCare and the Partner Company is the company proposing this Authorization. Company has built an Integration to be able to populate data from your database(s) and/or from a static copy of your database(s) (including all facilities in an enterprise account) in the MatrixCare, Inc. ("MC") Solution that is updated from time to time, and, if applicable, bidirectionally. It is our policy to obtain consent from each of our customers before we allow their data to be shared with another company or party. We have a Business Associate Agreement in place with you, and we have been informed by MC that they also have a Business Associate Agreement in place with you for the protection of that information.

1) Patient ADT (Admission, Discharge, Transfer) information and basic demographics captured in Matrix is directly reflected in the Dozee SEQR Telemetry dashboard, making central monitoring seamless.

The Dozee SEQR Telemetry platform enables continuous patient monitoring both in SNFs and in the Senior Living environment, ensuring patient safety across the continuum of care. Remote Command Centers can be enabled via the Dozee application to allow healthcare providers to monitor patient vitals in real-time. Dozee provides facility Nurses real-time notifications for the early detection of potential health deterioration, enabling timely interventions on the ground. Dozee reduces the incidence of adverse events such as RTA, falls, pressure ulcers, sleep apnea, and shortness of breath by enabling early intervention of providers including medication changes, lab, and therapy orders.
