MatrixCare MyAnalytics software brings business data to private duty customers
Easy-to-use analytics tool enables metric tracking, industry trendspotting
BLOOMINGTON, Minn., February 13, 2020 – MatrixCare has announced the release of its new MyAnalytics software to help private duty organizations identify and monitor business metrics key to understanding and growing their business.
MyAnalytics enables users to easily view and present near-real-time data on personalized dashboards. Agencies can identify which offices are driving the most revenue and monitor overtime by caregiver, client location, and service code.
Built on the Microsoft Azure and Power BI platforms, MyAnalytics allows users to monitor and modify prebuilt reports using a modern BI toolset. All functions are available on a mobile app for either iOS or Android, which allows access to analytics from any device, anywhere.
