All the capabilities your business needs, all in one place. This integration will adjust your budgets in Adelpo based on your census in MatrixCare using a patient-per-day (PPD) budget. Census totals will be synced from MatrixCare to Adelpo once a day using a 7-day historical look-back.

Any “PPD budgets” you have set up in Adelpo will be automatically adjusted daily based on the total projected census for the month. Stop overspend before it happens by creating approval rules based on budgets and running real-time budget reports. For example, if you have set your PPD budget for the “Food” GL at $6 per patient per day, and your total projected census for the month of June is 3000 (100 patients x 30 days), then your food budget will be set to $18,000 (3000 x $6). Once budgets are set in Adelpo, you can create approval rules based on those budgets. For example, you can set an approval rule for dietary orders such that orders within budget do not require approval but any order exceeding the monthly budget must be routed for approval. In addition, you can run real-time reporting which can help you to stop overspend before it happens.
