Automated resident demographics flow from MatrixCare to Optima via the Census Subscriber Feed (CSF), including admission, discharge, and transfer updates. Comprehensive therapy documentation, such as evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries, flows seamlessly from Optima back to MatrixCare. Automated billing exports of service codes, treatment minutes, and units help streamline the revenue cycle. The integration is supported by the MatrixCare 360, LPC/AOD, and SigmaCare platforms.
